Vegetarians served HUMAN FLESH after restaurant owner 'kills customer and cooks body parts'
WARNING - GRAPHIC CONTENT: Diners were shocked when they found minced meat in their dish of noodles
Customers at a vegetarian restaurant were served human flesh from the body of a man killed by the business' owner, it is claimed.
Diners were shocked when they found minced meat in a dish that was only supposed to contain noodles and vegetables.
They made a complaint to local authorities in Bangkok and that triggered an inspection of the restaurant.
But local authorities, who were expecting to find minced pork or beef, were stunned when they discovered that the diners were served human flesh.
The restaurant's owner is accused of trying to dispose of a man's body by cutting him up, cooking his flesh and serving it to customers.
Police found the chunks of human flesh on the floor and blood spattered on the walls inside the kitchen, AsiaOne reported.
During a search of the premises in Lat Krabang they found a 61-year-old man's disfigured body in a septic tank.
The victim, named locally as Prasit Inpathom, frequented the restaurant and was last seen having drinks there on October 21.
His brother was one of the last people to see him alive.
It is claimed that he was killed during a row with the restaurant's owner.
Prasit's body had six stab wounds to his stomach and leg when it was discovered.
