Toni Sharpless received a check for $8,656.98 on January 8, 2020 for a wage claim.

She told me this money was going to free her.

She said there was a woman standing in her way in Maryland.

Her story was confusing.

I do not know of the following:

(a) A hit, which the gang she was involved in, required her to do.
(b) A target of identity theft, which would produce income.
(c) A relative, which could produce inheritance income.
(d) Something different.

She said she spent the entire check on the hit. In January, this statement was so bizarre to me, that I thought she was lying, and daydreaming about fantasies she had.

She told me that she was serious.

I asked her to prove it.

She sent me a text, and the article of the crime.

I immediately went to the Director of a Non Profit I thought could help and reported that she had been raped by Baer. His computer was siezed. The Director told me nothing was found, therefore the evidence was on his cell phone. I had not been the only person to report grooming behaviors.

I looked up Baer's contact, Elena, who works for the Federal Government and sells ID's of Dead Veterans on the Black Market and reported her.

I went into the Marble Falls Police Department and submitted 2G of evidence to the Police.

I was told in February 2021, that Felony charges would be pressed.

In April 2021, I was called and told that no crime had been committed, and that no charges were going to be pressed. This is the opposite of what the facts show, and this is an indicator into Public Corruption, as Murder-for-hire is a chargeable offense as is the Abduction of #ToniSharpless as is #IdentityTheft.

I was very curious about which of my reports were approved and which weren't.

The man who agreed to help Toni, had conditions that she live with him.

She said she had to pay rent. She said he tried to go in her room at night. She said that some mornings she woke up, feeling funny, and thinks he drugged her and assaulted her while she slept.

He wouldn't let her leave. He took her phone and payment methods.

She strategically manipulated him one night in order to obtain keys to his car for a trip to the Gas Station.

She was planning to drive straight past the gas station, and park at a Transit Station near a border, fleeing town.

She was arrested on a stolen vehicle charge and has a felony for this under that identity.

On January 14, 2011, runaway or victim of Modern Day Slavery, Toni Sharpless was using a new name, Canaan Ranee Angelini. She married Michael A Pate, and became Canaan Pate.

Toni told a tale of Sub/Dom. She stated that everything she drank or ate was monitored. She said it was framed to her as: "Do you want to get healthier, be better, feel better?"

She said she was not allowed to make any decision on her own and that with the abuse that was hourly or daily, that she stopped being able to think for herself.

She said she was not allowed to leave, and was violently abused.

Michael Pate has numerous convictions of Domestic Violence in Brazoria County.

Toni said she believed Pate was going to kill her, and that it was either her or him. She wanted to live, and leave. He wouldn't let her.

She asked her friends for help and was shut out by those who know Pate.

She said she wasn't allowed to talk to her family from home, or she would be killed.

She was desperate. She reached out to a wider circle, and found a man who said he would help.

Michael Pate was murdered.

Toni Sharpless showed me her Vital check January 2021. She was getting a new name.

She showed me documents of other names:

Annamari J Patel in Connecticut, where I was unclear if this was family member or a name she used. In January 2021, she called herself AJ.

Angelini Canaan Ranee, who married Michael Pate 01/14/2011.

Canaan Ranee Pate of Maryland, a name she used while working 11/02/2013-12/31/2016.

In Janaury 2021, she showed me a Vital Chek and verbally stated her new name and new birthdate. She asked me if I thought she could pass for the younger year. (During this interaction, I wasn't clear on the totality of her claims, and was more dismissive than investigative. I had other deadlines, and did not know what I did not know, until my report to OAG. I have attached the VitalCheck showing an identity was ordered.)

When I met Toni, I put her on my No List. One night in December 2020, she began bawling uncontrollably and I knew that I needed to be soft and compassionate. I listened to her.

She had just been raped by Baer, a Drug & Sex Trafficker whose name is the FBI records on the #ColumbineHighSchoolMassacre.

She told me he was #poly. She told me he had a #girlfriend. She told me she wanted a boyfriend and to get married, and felt like she had to accept what he said, even if it wasn't what she wanted. She said she did not want to have sex, she wanted a relationship. She said he had given her alcohol before the rape. Her behavior, was not from alcohol. She was exhibiting signs of other drugs.

ToniSharpless was not, in that time period, a drug user. She passed a drug test for her employment at a Hospital in Hill Country. She was into health. She did buy and use the legal drug "Kratom", from gas stations in Texas. https://lnkd.in/eZhguiG9

She stated she had never been a "user" like other nurses she knew. She said she liked some "pills". She said she had started as a teen, taking them from her grandmother's bathroom cabinet. She said she was concerned about being assaulted by men, and that she was traumatized. She never wanted to lose consciousness, nor her wits. She only wanted Kratom, to take away the ill feeling in her stomach.

She stated Baer was facing felony drug convictions in another state. She relayed he was surprised he was being charged at all, since "his family owns the town".

I spoke to Baer about Toni, when she told me he raped her. He did the Bill Clinton: "I did not have sex with that woman."

Later on, he said he "helped woman". His website allows women to work from home and stream themselves to paying men.

Baer stated he was into "fossils". He was into "growing". He said he was a good guy, who "saved women".

He is part of a local & national militia. In Hill Country, he drives with a group of Actors, waiving #ConfederateFlags. They Traffic. They Hunt.

Toni gave me the first and second picture of her. She told me her story in pieces. She also told me she was trained to lie, and was taught to include one true thing in each tale. She told me she was fleeing violent abuse. She told me she wanted out. She told me she was terrified. Her story was jumbled, by over the course of a month, I was able to pull out the pieces that were real. She sent me crime articles that related to her. She also showed me 3 ID's that she used. The group that has imprisoned her, kept giving her new ones.
