I recognized him from Santa Cruz, CA. He was part of the criminal group I turned in, in Texas, and he also harassed me in Oklahoma, and Washington DC.

(It was more than my photograph, that scared him off. He must have a warrant, if all it took was recording him, for him to leave. If he was a hired assassin, or kidnapper, he would have finished the job. So he's someone else, instead, who already has a record, and is scared of Law Enforcement. Who is he?)
