2023 Financial License for Tax Reporting

October - December I earned a Financial License in California to report to the IRS. It was more work than I thought it'd be. The testing was easier than I estimated, which is in part why I chose it; I wanted it to be an accumulation of my career work, where the classes & testing would be easy, for me. It's all State & Federal Tax Law. I must admit, I love making complex things easy; knowing the minute details & variances of law. It feels satisfying.

I picked Accounting & Tax as a career, because it's necessary therefore stable. It also helps people. I noticed early on that when I worked for Corporations, I lost interest unless they were doing something technologically advanced, which is a hook for me. I also enjoy real-estate companies. But mostly, I gravitated toward Small Business, as those effects, felt the biggest, more profound, and relatable. When you save a small company funds, earn them larger returns, structure them correctly for protection & profits. When they share with you after, that the extra income helped their children go to a better college. That, made the long days, number crunching, tax law books, worth it.

In 2018, I started doing forensics on counterfeit technology using to commit financial fraud, related to the Anthem Data Breach. Judge L gave me a restraining order against a Threat Actor Involved, who works for Clare Bronfman of Wisdom Systems, indicted for NXIVM. The perpetrator, sought me out, for an accounting contract, which I exited as he failed my due diligence. He told me he had worked with The Dalai Lama, and his company was looking for experts with press portfolios to work with.

I was determined to get down to the bottom of the technology he was using for fraud. I believed I could, based on my work at Joby Energy & my father's work before that at Seagate & Quantum Corporation. I've grown up around advanced technology. There is a picture of me coding around 1989, which was after my dad had a Round Table with a man named Ritchie, who worked for IBM. We had Macintosh, PC, & handheld computers from Singapore in our home. I naturally preferred sports, reading & writing, but my adopted parents were protective; and never wanting to be bored, I'd explore the devices when at home. I thought they were cool, as other kids didn't have them. I started to code a little bit, focusing on what was inside & what results could be produced. This knowledge was useful in my career as Financial Controller for companies that employed Engineers, as I knew much of what they were talking about. This knowledge has produced a marriage of my experience, while preforming forensics since 2018.

I'm not a computer scientist. I'm an Accountant & Reporter. Audits & Truth are important to me, as well as, How Things Work.

No matter the ins and outs of my work, I believe, that Truth Always Prevails, In The End at least.

I believe, that Once Expanded, People & Society, shift, becoming better.
