Interview with a Man who thought he was developing Tech to save the world; discovered company was hurting people & out of alignment with his values.

In Q4 2017 I had a charming night in #NevadaCity. The narrow hilly roads of this small town that sprouted up as a result of the #GoldRush is populated by "health" and #conscious seeking hippies. (It was too far left for me, but I feel it's important to respect all legal belief systems and ways of life. I am middle of the road Democrat, and am into #RawJuice & #ScienceBased#Meditation.) I was there for an #EstateAcquisition and other reasons.

At a local restaurant, I was working on my laptop. A senior man arrived, and there was no seating. I looked at him, and told him that he could have mine, I was just wrapping up. (Even though I wasn't; he needed the seat more.)

I asked him about himself and he shared with me, what I felt was an inspiring story, at the time. Only after my 2018 court filings #against #fraud, I realized the #darker implications of what this man was referencing.

He stated that he had been a young bright engineer in the Bay Area, hired at a company that he believed was going to change the world. He said he felt passionate, and committed to his work with a world class genius team.

He said it wasn't until the past some years, when he had the time to reflect upon his life.

He stated that he reviewed what the company he worked for was doing. He said he was still bound by #NDA, but that the corporation he believed was helping humanity, was actually #hurting people, behaving #unscrupulously. This is all he would say, as he shook his head in #disagreement with their actions and looked down at his feet to my #right, indicating that he was accessing how he #felt about their acts.

He then lifted his face, and looked at my eyes, imploring and apologetic. He looked like what reminded me of hospital patients where in TBI, cannot speak, and he was trying to convey a deep message with his eyes and emotions alone.

He said he had been going through a personal life inventory, and apologizing to the people that had been hurt by this company, as a result of the tech he helped invent and develop.

He then switched the topic. He was NDA, and had gotten as close as he was legally capable of.

Corporate Problems, are People Problems

All "corporate problems, are people problems".

This is a go-to phrase of mine, when doing turn-around for companies up to 40M, and Mergers, Acquisitions, Exits up to 200M.

"Good Companies" will follow the law, even if it costs more.

"Good Companies" value empathy over narcissism & anti-social traits that damage, like gossiping and cultures of speaking negatively or "spying" on co-workers (in contract to healthy open communication and focus on team spirit plus self- growth).

"Good Leaders" will screen for #narcissism, anti-social traits, insider espionage; preventing their hire; and also quickly firing those individuals who initially pass the screening before their true colors show.

"Good Leaders" foster open round-table communication, and hears all parties side, at the same time.

(If ever there was a problem with employees, we'd have all people sit down at the table the first time, as private meetings encourage falsification and time to develop the tale, whereas hashing it all out at once, with all people, if you're trained in behaviorism, face reading & lie detection, the truth and lies are always transparent; the element of surprise wins the victory against the employee who is doing wrong.)

Benzene in Paint Thinner

#Predator in Cumberland County who has a 1980's court case regarding child sex abuse & presently traffics in opioids 2023; Benzene is one chemical preference he had in his tool bag.

The wife of his son was diagnosed with cancer (where they became estranged once she disapproved of his escort habit); as well as his high-school friend who is an attorney (who he complained failed to prevent some of his court room drama in the 1980's). He shared revenge stories during an #interview he granted.

The paint thinner was by his computer with price tags. He took pleasure in telling the story with his revenge fantasies. I had to look up if he was simply daydreaming as an element of his anti-social desires, or if the threats he was referring to were actually real. #Benzene in #PaintThinner is linked to #cancer. It can also cause #CardioVascularDisease. There is a third victim who was hospitalized for CVD recently.

I worked myself to exhaustion to obtain restraining orders against David Berguist of #WisdomSystemsQ3 2018 (Clare Bronfman, #NXIVM, convicted Trafficker). Which was intended by the guilty party; as well as systematic training that their members are explicility taught how to do.

Passport theft, document theft from my home, bank theft, mail theft, phone theft, illegal impersonation. All work I had to redo at least 4x + order original records from vendors to replace what was taken.

Please know, I was never part of their organization. Abducted #KatriceLee demanded I go to #TheForum in San Francisco in 2009. I went; was disturbed. Participants talked about #kidnapping. I wondered where their boundaries were, why FBI wasn’t there, if members were delusional or criminal or lost. If The Forum Leaders were licensed therapists, they would halt that public discussion, set safety protocols, take the individial aside, ask them safety questions, as mandated reporters.

When The Forum instructed all attendees prostelize their friends & family, there was group push back. Leaders explained “Everyone is sick & needs help; if they don’t know they’re sick, they have repressed memories or are in denial.” WHAT?! This is false propaganda & damaging rhetoric.

As a reputable business owner, from a family of well-known owners, along with my Advisors: MLM’s kill reputations & can kill careers. The short answer is: NO.

I refused to return after the MLM demand.

#KatriceLee is married to an #Apple Exec who stated, wether true or intrue, he is 3rd from the top of iTunes, hired because he was investigated by the FBI when he was 16 for financial #racketeering. I verified his employment & salary. They are both #Alcoholics, deeply depressed. They’re committed to the cult they were raised in, both members of a parent organization who sponsored #TheForum.

Her and my relationship nearly stopped after that, ending completely by July 2012. I no longer felt the need to hold onto childhood ties & demanded that those I felt close to were healthy, honest, law abiding.

#DavidBergquist saught me out in 2018. I wanted new clients. He offered me 3 contract opportunities & stated he needed me to attend The Forum. I said No. He pushed. I stated I might post due diligence. He threatened. It was a repeat of the 1st Forum with talks about racketering, abuse & ethics violations by the Leaders. When I walked in, late, by myself, everyone was sitting, the Speaker stated: “We have a Celebrity in the room.” I looked around, bewildered. She was talking about me. I felt targeted by a group I wanted nothing to do with.

I took Forum notes. I wrote down illegalities. I explicity earned a Masters for change work, hypnotic storytelling, linguistic induction. Studied under Dr. Marlene Mulder & Randal Churchill, a licensed Clinical Program.

That was several years after researching linguistics #PickUpArtists use to coerce women into bed (if you can prove the linguistics, you can prove its non consensual, therefore a crime).

I was driven to expose PUA’s like Stimbra, sex trafficker & financial racketeer from 2003 Fraud Case in Santa Cruz.

I read articles of what The Forum does to people who warn others; it opened my eyes. Not worth it to expose. #NXIVM was already indicted, also not my battle. I wanted to prove the #Tech used in #TheGame.

After restraining order, I attempted to rebuild a real estate company I owned. I had 30K tucked away. It wasn’t enough. Individuals I reached out to for help, a percentage had connections to The Forum. It became clear my efforts were being sabatoged by Organized Crime purporting to be self help, when the parent company seems to be aligned with #GhislaineMaxwell.

“Clear” as in members approached me, said they knew who I was, shared various hate messages. All for seeing the writing on the wall, having proper discernment, saying NO to their invitation. This, is disturbing illegal behavior. Why should my NO matter? Cold calling Sales Professionals hear 90 No’s a day if they dial 100. No’s are more common than “yes’s”. They’re just information. It is also my right.

I hired MFT Barker to help me w/crime victims reports I was working on. Amidst the chaos, Victims who could not speak for themselves came forward & wanted me to interview them. I took the interview, filed as a mandated reporter. I have no control over investigation after that.

While working w/Lisa, I buckled down, back to my normal work of accounting & auditing. I earned a huge sum from a multi-year audit. I rented a car. I began a tour, through federal & state parks.

Hidalgo TX was my first conscious glimpse into communities where religious cults dominant + indicators of human trafficking. These, also appear in every city, so nothing is being claimed. I was just an observer, passing through.

#DavidBergquist showed me an org chart with their subsidiaries in 2018. I didn’t pay attention as I felt he was disrupting my time, and distracting me from my job. That document’s importance became clear a couple years later.

#WisdomSystems is an integrated conferencing software that Berguist is Computer Scientist for. He was developing tech to be able to merge with the DNA of any host or tool, for the purpose of illegal surveillance and theft of intellectual property.

I asked him if he thought what he was doing was wrong or criminal. He said no.

This man, and his company, most things they do are legally criminal. Judge L agreed and issued restraining order for this man actively engaged in Domestic Terrorism.

This relates to #BenjaminSchleimer who besides #HALO stated his organization hired ex felons to look for #dopplegangers. This can be useful in sex trafficking. It can also be useful for prison sentences, and there are a handful of published cases where the doppleganger was released from prison.

I met her as #Cary when placed by agency for Work & Travel. Under her current name are open warrants in Texas. I traced changes through her former states & finally found her in WV as she abducted daughter #NatashaCarter.

Law Enforcement told me to go somewhere quiet to finish legal reports on Austin Actors. #2020 JAN in California I'd filed fraud reports on #Bumble, TX. 2020 AUG I filed reports on fraud from #ShadowTerrorist #ChrisTorres. #2021 MAR I filed reports on malware #CounterCulture Terrorist #BryantPerkins uses. March 11, 2021 this Terrorist Group executed a #VehicleRammingAttack & drove straight into me, a pedestrian, in a crosswalk in Travis County. It has been non-stop threats, attacks & investigative reporting since.

I was told Natasha's name was Jordan. I recently found her blog, also Domestic Terrorism. She sells #ZINES for her livelihood, promotes criminal efforts of the group.

Before I knew all that, in the moment, when things were just Work & Travel, I wanted to interview Jordan on her experiences abroad, for publication.

As soon as I requested that, Jordan disappeared. #XaviorHarrelson (under the false identity #XavierKendig) also disappeared. Xavier I reported to DHHS. They did not search the property. As a missing child in 2021, they should have & returned him home, before his body was found end of October.

Natasha & Xavior lived in seperate buildings at the hotel. There were cover stories on where they "went". Nothing matched, but nothing was totally unreasonable either. This is why audits are important & evidence. It took tracking several reiterations, taking photographs of mail, searching for clues in existing published media, before I was able to peice together the truth.

Susan said she met a trucker, fell in love, spent years on the road. When there were investigations, she used #HomelessShelters to hide out.

The man she married has abducted at least four boys from photographs & birth certificates I referenced. 3 "sons" + Xavior. Warrants in multiple states.

Susan was invited to (i) Landmark. From The Forum, she was recruited into a (ii) Sex Cult that uses an Owl symbol. #Bergquist called them #Wisdom. In El Paso she was asked to join a (iii) #PedoRing that earns #Bitcoin. In Main she earned 10K per child through a group that chants (iv) Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō[a] (南無妙法蓮華経). She is also part of a group that states they practive (v) #NVC, yet they incite violence & practice #FightLikeAGirl.

Yesterday I received a voicemessage from #AlexAndropoulos. CNAM verified his name. He was impersonating a woman, impersonating the reputable organization, SCORE.

He has videos of his art installations, which are #CaptureTheFlag, #Bombs, #HumanRemains. He has videos of tapes he mixes. They are from Call Centers. This is #THEGAME as in #RACKETEERING. https://lnkd.in/eqFnqHj2

There is a news article out of Boston, with a man by his last name, giving a $1,000 tip to a waitress. The waitress said she was helping Tanzania.

Alex's voicemail stated he was worried about my physical safety. This is a threat of physical violence, as my hotel has already been broken into.

Last summer I was told the State & Federal Agencies would handle the rest of these cases, however as an Investigative Journalist in the field, I am being physically harassed with my equipment destroyed, on a daily basis. Law Enforcement has DNA evidence, hair, fingerprints, security camera footage, and records from the background checks that I've done, in part due to partial criminal evidence one officer gave me, where he had deeper access.

#SusanGailCarter told me she'd kill me. And now #AlexAndropoulos is doing the same thing.

My private attorneys have implored me to file civil suit with Local Law Enforcement for failing to protect a tax paying law abiding citizen from Hate Crimes & Acts of Domestic Terrorism.

It also appears, that 80% of my communications, are not getting out. When I do server pings there are redirects, are 0.0.0.0, which means, nothing is getting in or out.

Like the NXIVM girl locked in a room, I am an accomplished former CEO with Master's, but due to the technology of this Domestic Terrorist Group, and failure from Local Law Enforcement, as well as inability to contact FBI, I am locked in a hotel, illegally imprisoned against my will, and quite literaly, stuck.

Something has to give. Can you please help? Please reply. Please call or email me. A majority of my messages are being redirected or deleted before I get them, but other Journalists have been in this place; other Targets of Terrorists have been too. They made it out, helped the world become richer, for exposing sinister truths & emploring prosecution by our law enforcement against Active Domestic Terrorists, who are financial traffickers, and connected with child abductions, missing women, murder, and so many more crimes that no one from good homes, in normal life, can imagine are happening right here, right now, on USA soil.

Identity Theft, Murder Made To Look Like Suicide, Murder-for-hire, organized crime

Toni Sharpless received a check for $8,656.98 on January 8, 2020 for a wage claim.

She told me this money was going to free her.

She said there was a woman standing in her way in Maryland.

Her story was confusing.

I do not know of the following:

(a) A hit, which the gang she was involved in, required her to do.
(b) A target of identity theft, which would produce income.
(c) A relative, which could produce inheritance income.
(d) Something different.

She said she spent the entire check on the hit. In January, this statement was so bizarre to me, that I thought she was lying, and daydreaming about fantasies she had.

She told me that she was serious.

I asked her to prove it.

She sent me a text, and the article of the crime.

...

I immediately went to the Director of a Non Profit I thought could help and reported that she had been raped by Baer. His computer was siezed. The Director told me nothing was found, therefore the evidence was on his cell phone. I had not been the only person to report grooming behaviors.

I looked up Baer's contact, Elena, who works for the Federal Government and sells ID's of Dead Veterans on the Black Market and reported her.

I went into the Marble Falls Police Department and submitted 2G of evidence to the Police.

I was told in February 2021, that Felony charges would be pressed.

In April 2021, I was called and told that no crime had been committed, and that no charges were going to be pressed. This is the opposite of what the facts show, and this is an indicator into Public Corruption, as Murder-for-hire is a chargeable offense as is the Abduction of #ToniSharpless as is #IdentityTheft.

I was very curious about which of my reports were approved and which weren't.

Financial Trafficking & Racketeering in Austin Texas was approved by Local Police AND Attorney General.
