HONESTY v SHORT-CUT v CHEATING

In one of the documentaries about NXIVM (I watched related to forensics investigation into tech used to commit crime, as one Anthem Data Breach Actor worked for Bronfman), Raniere talks about cheating, and I believe he is coming from his experience in Poker. He stated that cheaters always win, unless/until they're caught.

What do you think? True, untrue, something in between, something different?

AND, let's dig into cheating a little bit, by defining it. What is your definition?

CHEATING RE: LAW / INTEGRITY
For example, I would never cheat and have never cheated (never with people, relationships, neither childhood board games). I'm honest to a fault.

I have had to learn to withhold that which is not immediately relevant; which has proven to be a necessary strategy in work & socially.

(Unless it's a legal requirement to withhold, where it's easy to refrain since it's data & protecting IP; it otherwise can be difficult but necessary, to omit, as it feels like lying by omission to me. I'm a whole brain thinker, knowing the inter-connected parts & how they relate. This type of data, is generally too much for most people, unless they're science minded or a whole brain thinker too.)

I view cheating as breaking the rules in any way that would be illegal, threaten the safety of a person, or integrity of an entity/structure. How would you state it?

CHEAT, SHORT-CUT, OR HACK?
If you change the dynamic to be cheating regarding process steps, then you enter a different zone, which is not black-and-white, and I'm curious what it is, for you.

For example, in physical fitness sports training, it's important to follow the routine; i.e. leg/back, arms/core. If you skip steps or "cheat" when it comes to nutrition, water, work-out, repair, your body suffers. Anyone who trains, knows this. In this world, there is a huge difference between skipping steps, cheating, and actual chemistry + fitness hacks that work to help you get too & maintain, your edge.

NEXT LEVEL HACKS, INVALIDATION OF RESULTS OR CRIMINALITY?
In work, there are various hacks. For example, in accounting, there are usually 3-4 ways to get to the same result in QuickBooks. In Tax Law, there are generally 2-4 ways to do something, legal when planned in advance, but illegal if done after the fact.

In work, "hacks", for productivity, performance, end-result, could be viewed as "beneficial". But if work is a science experiment, there are strict regulations, and all hacks and deviation from process steps, if found out, would be viewed as illegal, invalidating the experiment, therefore project, therefore funding, corporate integrity, relationships with others. Certain hacks, in certain industries, are always illegal, and carry a huge weight for the person who commits them, all people they're connected to. (All people who cheat, I hope corporations let them go.)

Where do you draw the line?

What would and wouldn't you do?

Is it simple for you? Or is it complicated?

Hearing & Due Diligence

Yesterday I had an unexpected scheduled hearing (unexpected related to a series of events affecting communication, as 2022 I was working on cases regarding corporations that Labor Traffic from 2021). Even with the recurring illegal events that severed communication, the hearing yesterday still occurred, regardless.

Which in a normal world, would be a "no-thing" (no weight, just a regular normal occurrence/meeting). But in this world of crime reporting, that I ended up discovering the hearing last minute, just hours before it occurred, and that it went according to schedule, without a "hitch", felt like a big "win".

The hearing ended up being a formality related to due diligence and update. What I found out, was actually the same news that had been told to me a year ago. But what happened between then and now, was a forensics battle. My data held its ground for being valid, and maintaining consistency and strength throughout a years worth of interviews and hearings.

(Which is how I do anything; my due diligence; my evidence; my solid numbers - math conducted in accordance with entity structure and state law. It's easy. It's all black and white and clearly defined in advance, without deviation.) Math is always easy, and truth always wins, in the end.

How it relates to life, work & NXIVM Anthem Threat Actor.

I grew up winning; due to my desire to apply myself; be the best I could be. I'm naturally into excellence.

NOT into perfectionism, but have it in me, due to NURTURE.

Birth family felt more healthy & balanced. Adopted family has high values + strange beliefs, that many don't understand including ME (until I took grad courses explaining their patterns). My adoptive grandmother, didn't understand British Engl. & I had speech therapy until I could pronounce "r's" like an American. They allowed no error on any level. This made childhood more of a burden. However in career, it helped me win at AUDITS: from a lifetime of 'no mistakes' + habit of fact checking that became innate w/unconscious competence. (I'm against the way I learned caution, as in mgmt & education, what adopted family taught is text book 'the wrong way', literally w/much research.) The end result & how I chose to interpret & overcome it, was for good.

Raniere stated, utilizing a Poker reference which he applied to business + [un]'ethical' studies: "Cheaters always win" (until they're caught & prosecuted).

I've entered scopes, where I had foundation, but was not an expert, yet, with people better than me, who out-performed & won, at first. I habitually rose to the occasion, learning & improving. These types of environments, were rewarding, satisfying, great growth potential + outcome.

Only times I've "lost", were not from work product, which has been proven beyond reproach. But short-term losses, when other party committed crimes & cheated includ. evidence tampering & impersonation.

I lost one trial last year against a Threat Actor. My case on his behaviors of illegal computer intrusion. (He also hurts children; modern day child abuse where men are called "fathers" having relations with slave "children"). 

I lost overall re: PD report. I did "win" re: evidence a skilled Attorney was trying to throw it out (they failed). The judge told me to win in totality, he needed PD report, and with that, he'd rule in my favor.

I had requested PD report; they declined. I spoke to attorney, who said it was my right to receive, so their improper failure.
(I did discover PD had been sued losing ** $62M ** for corruption in '21.)

I studied lie detection, half a decade ago. Wanting to know when people were lying by their micro-expressions. Small details give away what people hide + where to look.)

All is transparent when you know what to look for. Truth prevails in the end.

(Last year, I received notices of breaches & fake letters sent, impersonation. It's not isolated to '22; but also '11-14, '18-'19 + other times I don't know about yet. If you received fake letters -you'll know from the tone, length, content; they're verbally strong (inappropriate) & read like a man wrote them, pls let me know.)

Homolka made me uncomfortable, but at the time, I wanted to be polite for the group.(Since then, I have learned how to hold my own & remain professional w/o being polite, as I believe when you're next to a Scorpion, being nice makes things worse & neutral is better. If you look a Predator in the eye; they know that you know who they are & what they are, the power dynamic shifts instantly.)

Homolka is associated w/7th Day Adventist, which relates to Charles Ross, birth cert. 1960, who had drug parties w/Homolka in the 80's, where she always looked at me like a prize she had gotten away with.

His aunt, same religion, & his x-grandfather, Charlie Wright, a former New York Police Officer convicted of fraud. I found records this Thanksgiving/Christmas we just had, feeling an emormous sense of relief. It was interesting to me, stories I'd been told 1985-1989, from this tribe of people who engage in Black Market & Religious Adoptions, were ACTUALLY largely true, b/c as a child, I thought they were lying about their tall tales of mischief. They simply ommitted the details of their public penalizations.

There are article(s) about a racket Homolka was running, stealing plates from cars, switching them, in part to confuse the facts re: getaway cars after commiting crime. Legally, the plate must match the car. Discrepancies shrowd the case.

Homolka may work w/Schleimer (previous post). 1960 adopted boy, now man, has numerous felonies in Calif (+ a religious marriage to Marlyse Honeychurch before she died.) I believe they work with or are enabled by, convicted former officers.

Their activities + self-reports, disclose Modern Day Slavery w/ illegal recording of unsuspecting women, as well as Human Trafficking, laundering children through adoption, but also crimes to the general public related to Financial Trafficking (a major pull for me to expose as I've worked to protect assets since 2000 and doing forensics since 2018).

In short, these are Cluster B disordered criminals, who hurt others for profit. There cannot be a place for them to hurt victims in our Modern Day Society. I want to promote awareness & protection/prevention as well as match the adopted children w/their families.

Web MD Indicted

While traveling, I stayed at a hotel where a former Web MD exec was co-owner. Two of their female immigrant English Language Student Work Interns, told me they were being abused, by a company in the community that their friend's owned. The girls, asked me for help, when they found out I was a journalist. They were terrified.

The former Web MD exec (https://lnkd.in/ec2ET_Pb), he told me to say nothing. I went to the police anyways at the time (two years ago). The Chief told me he'd been warned about me [by him], and refused to take a report (failure to take a tip of trafficking where the Thai worker was being prostituted and the Muslim girl was being labor trafficked); failure to document a hotel break-in with evidence - the perpetrator even took a photo of himself in my hotel room as part of his Trophy Wall). I made a complaint to the Town & Attorney General. This is resurfacing NOW, as it's affecting a CURRENT insurance report, that I'm required to file for work, where the current police, are giving me push-back, and cited the incident I just described, from a couple years ago.

The current police in this different city, were contacted by the former police (he's no longer employed), and told not to take my report. I had enough rapport with the current police officer, that when I asked him why, he told me, and the law firm I hired was able to write an excellent counter letter with exhibits, which actually opens the local police up for a state case, which could be a good thing.

What does this sound like to you?

To me, I'm always surprised by injustice, no matter how many times it's happens. It feels like to Good 'Ol Boys Club, and criminals protecting each other. It's Public Corruption.

Right now I need a little bit of help getting traction, where I am working with a law firm now, so this is good. Does anyone have a contact regarding Human Rights / Public Corruption who can help?
