There is victim fund, for anyone who is illegally incarcerated, including journalists who are jailed, and released without charges.
There is supposed to be due diligence from the state/federal government, to reprimand or lay-off, officers deemed to have acted improperly. Please use your resources, so that correct action can be taken.
